For students in the Bonner Springs school district, access to drinking water throughout the day is helping keep kids healthy.

A partnership between the school district, Oral Health Kansas and the Kansas Health Foundation has allowed for the installation of better, cleaner water fountains and water bottle fillers.

Through these efforts, officials at Oral Health Kansas hope it’s one more way to help turn around the childhood obesity epidemic.
