Teresa Miller resigned as the president and CEO of the Kansas Health Foundation, effective April 1, 2022. The Board of Directors is actively working to determine the process for filling the vacancy.

During her time with the Foundation, Ms. Miller worked to place equity at the center of the Foundation’s efforts.

“Addressing health disparities is essential to improving the health of the population,” said Ms. Miller. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to these efforts and look forward to seeing the work of the Foundation flourish moving forward.”

“The Board is thankful for the passion Ms. Miller brought to the work and wishes her the best in her future endeavors,” said Jeffry Jack, chair of the Foundation’s Board of Directors. “We look forward to building on the Foundation’s efforts over the last few years to address health equity and know there is enormous potential to make a significant impact for future generations of Kansans.”

The Kansas Health Foundation is based in Wichita but statewide in its focus. With a mission to improve the health of all Kansans, KHF envisions a culture in which every Kansan can make healthy choices where they live, work and play. During the past 35 years, KHF has provided more than $600 million in grants to improve health in Kansas communities.
