To provide technical assistance to implement the Healthy Neighborhood Challenge match campaign in partnership with the eighteen Healthy Communities Initiative: Improving Health Equity in Kansas (HCI 3) communities as they work with identified local priority populations. The HCI 3 communities will authentically engage these neighborhoods in resident-led projects to address their identified health concerns by using a crowd funding platform incentivized by a dollar match from a $100,000 match fund.
