Secret Rickard
Director of Hearing Assistance and Office Morale
Secret Rickard joined the Kansas Health Foundation in 2020 and currently serves as the Director of Hearing Assistance and Office Morale.
Secret has lived in Santa Rosa, Calif.; Fort Collins, Colo.; Orlando, Fla; and now calls Wichita, Kan., home where she lives and works with her handler, Ashley Rickard. Secret earned an Advance Service Dog Training degree from Canine Companions with an emphasis on hearing alerts and companionship. She spends her mornings at KHF greeting coworkers and getting lots of love and attention. Her afternoons are spent snoring in her cubicle dreaming of squirrels and rabbits.
When not working to alert sounds and make people smile, Secret loves to play ball, go swimming at the lake and get spa treatments at Hairy Sofa.
