Overview

Core support grants are meant to support organizations in Kansas whose overall work and mission align closely with that of KHF. Ensuring these grantees have the appropriate capacity and resources to make an impact in the state represents a key grantmaking strategy. If these organizations meet their goals successfully, KHF’s mission to improve the health of all Kansans becomes more attainable.

In some cases, KHF played a leading role in the founding of these organizations. For others, it’s their work with community foundations and children’s health, areas where KHF has invested for decades, that makes them important to support on an annual basis.
