Jazmine Rogers joined the Kansas Health Foundation in 2021 and currently serves as Civic Life and Policy Associate.

Rogers uses her skills in research and logical thinking to reach mutually beneficial resolutions collaboratively. She believes that creating an equitable future starts with centering people’s lived experiences, supported by research and recommendations to correct disparities. In her role at KHF, Rogers contributes to strategy development and strengthens relationships with the foundation’s network. She also works to ensure alignment across KHF’s Civic Life and Policy initiatives and other internal efforts. Her ability to collaborate with diverse groups and individuals, understand the needs of a community, and create solutions that promote equity make her an asset to the KHF team.

Passionate about creating positive change in Kansas, Rogers has a proven track record of organizing and managing projects. She recognizes that everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and valued, regardless of their background or circumstances. As a firm believer in democracy as a value set, Rogers finds joy in exploring creative and analytical ways to achieve policy change.

Rogers is a Wichita native and a proud product of the USD 259 school system. She is currently working on her bachelor’s degree in public administration at Washburn University.
