WICHITA, Kan. – The Kansas Health Foundation is pleased to announce the first group of organizations to receive funding through the Building Power and Equity Partnership (BPEP) program, which is a new KHF initiative in 2022. To this point, 11 organizations have been provided grants, totaling $825,000.

Through the BPEP program, the Kansas Health Foundation (KHF) seeks to advance racial and health equity and build power in underserved communities. Funding will be awarded to organizations best positioned to impact the health disparities seen across the communities of Kansas, including disparities along the lines of zip code, race/ethnicity, income and education.
