To provide funding to the Kansas Health Institute for conducting seven data walks with a diverse set of communities/organizations – each convening is designed to improve civic infrastructure and catalyze social cohesion, with the ultimate goal of mobilizing Kansans in authority roles to dismantle inequities that lead to health disparities.
