Nicole Abbott
First Impressions Manager

Nicole Abbott joined the Kansas Health Foundation in 2025 and currently serves as First Impressions Manager.
In this role, Abbott is the first point of contact for any visitors coming onto our campus. She has a passion for hospitality and wants everyone to experience a welcoming and inclusive environment. Abbott is also responsible for the coordination of internal and external meetings, administrative duties for the CEO and plays a key role in the organization’s logistics.
Prior to her current role, Abbott spent four years working at WSU Tech, where she was instrumental in daily workflows and managed front-facing operations. This job also helped her develop her customer service and hospitality skills.
Outside of work, her favorite titles are mom to two beautiful girls and wife to a fantastic husband. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and creating lasting memories.
Abbott is a Wichita native and a graduate of Wichita Northwest High School.
